SANTA ANA, CA - November 8, 2005 - Dispensing Solutions, Inc. (DSI), The Leader in Repackaged Pharmaceuticals , today announced the appointment of Dennis Drislane as a Director to its Board.

Mr. Drislane brings 31 years of experience that includes senior level executive positions with Healtheon/WebMD (now known as Emdeon) and Electronic Data Systems (EDS).   Dennis is currently President of Cypress Point Communications, Inc. and also serves as a director or advisor to Ebix, Navimedix, Healthcare Management Partners, Pharos Innovations, Serus and TruDental.

In addition to his board responsibilities, Mr. Drislane will also be spearheading certain strategic alliances and M & A opportunities.
