Dispensing Solutions Appoints New Senior Vice President Of Product Development

SANTA ANA, CA -- Jun 17, 2002 -- Dispensing Solutions, Inc. (DSI), a pharmaceutical services and management company, today announced the appointment of Debbie K. Thompson as senior vice president of product development.

In her new position Thompson will be responsible for overall product direction, including interfacing with product co-ordination with DSI's marketing and sales departments in the healthcare marketplace. She will assume responsibility for building strategic alliances that will provide significant leverage for DSI's product development, sales, marketing, and professional services efforts. Thompson will also cultivate DSI's partnering strategies and maintain existing relationships while developing new alliances in the U.S.

Thompson brings more than 22 years management experience in prescription medication management, business/product development, marketing and administration. Most recently, Ms. Thompson was the Director of Private Label Sales for Express Scripts. During her tenure at Express Scripts, Ms. Thompson was responsible for directing and managing this newly created department. She focused on developing strategic partnerships and consultative programs within the PBM, pharmaceutical manufacture and pharmacy community. Prior to Express Scripts, Ms. Thompson held various senior level positions. Previously she was vice president of product management with ValueRx (acquired by Express Scripts in 1999) and vice president of client administration for Diagnostek-Perform Cost Management.
